SantéXA Platform

One core.
Modular healthcare applications.
A continuous patient journey.

SantéXA provides the shared foundation that allows focused healthcare applications to work around the same patient identity and authorized health record.

It connects existing healthcare systems instead of requiring every laboratory, clinic, professional, or healthcare organization to replace the systems that already work.

The platform problem

Healthcare does not need another isolated application.

A physician standing in a hospital corridor.

A laboratory may already have a Laboratory Information System.

A dialysis clinic already has schedules, staff responsibilities, treatment workflows, and claims processes.

Physicians already rely on tools and records appropriate to their professional work.

The problem is not that every organization lacks software.

The problem is that each system may create its own patient identity, permissions, record history, and institutional boundary.

The patient moves between them.

The information often does not.

SantéXA creates the shared foundation needed for focused applications to participate in one authorized patient journey.

The shared foundation

Every application begins with the same patient and record integrity.

SantéXA Core is the shared foundation beneath SantéXA applications and modules.

Core capabilities are already being established through working products such as Dx7 and will expand as additional governed capabilities are introduced.

  • Patient identity
  • Authorization and permissions
  • Information provenance
  • Corrections and version history
  • Separation of organizations and roles
  • Secure storage
  • Traceability and audit
  • Interoperability

Identity

The patient remains the same person as new encounters, applications, and care settings are added.

Local clinic records can remain properly isolated without turning the patient into unrelated identities across the wider journey.

Authorization

Access is limited by patient authority, professional responsibility, organizational boundaries, role, purpose, and the specific sharing event.

Provenance

SantéXA preserves where information came from, who issued it, when it was received, and how it was processed.

A normalized record does not lose its original source.

Corrections and Versions

Corrections and amendments remain visible.

A new version does not silently erase the information previously received, reviewed, or released.

Audit

Important access, processing, review, correction, and sharing events remain attributable and traceable.

Interoperability

Existing healthcare systems can exchange authorized information through governed connections and recognized healthcare-data structures.

Interoperability does not mean guessing unknown relationships or flattening important differences between sources.

How SantéXA expands

One core. Multiple healthcare applications.

SantéXA Core provides the shared identity, authorization, provenance, correction, version, security, interoperability, and audit foundation.

Each healthcare application adds the workflow required for its setting without creating another disconnected patient or record.

The applications may be different.

The patient remains the same.

Reuse

Applications reuse patient identity, authorization, provenance, corrections, versions, security, and audit.

Isolation

Every clinic, organization, user, and professional receives only the information and authority required for an authorized role.

Connection

A module can connect to existing healthcare systems rather than forcing their replacement.

The platform is modular. Authority is defined. The patient remains the principal.

Available now

Dx7 is the first working application built on SantéXA.

Dx7 applies SantéXA's developing Core foundation to recurring dialysis care.

It organizes the ordinary work that clinics must complete every day.

Shifts

Run today’s shift, assign a patient to a shift and a station, change that assignment, and open released laboratory results from the shift view.

Lab Days

Organize scheduled collections, follow laboratory handoffs, identify missing work, and receive released results in the clinic workflow.

Reports

Review current and historical released laboratory results together, giving Head Nurses and Nephrologists clearer context for recurring care.

The foundation beneath the workflow

Three clinic nurses working together at a patient bedside.

Dx7 operates from a connected collection of information.

Shifts, Lab Days and Reports are visible working functions, but they depend on a shared foundation beneath them.

Dx7 brings together:

  • Authenticated users
  • Separate clinic and tenant environments
  • Patient identity within the workflow
  • Role-appropriate permissions
  • Secure storage
  • Laboratory source history
  • Corrections and versions
  • Attributable user actions
  • Audit evidence

This connected foundation allows recurring work to remain organized around the patient instead of becoming another collection of unrelated screens.

These capabilities form the beginning of SantéXA Core.

Laboratory exchange operating today

Keep the LIS. Connect the released result.

Laboratories already use established systems for orders, specimens, analyzers, results, verification, authorization and release.

SantéXA does not require the laboratory to abandon the system that already performs this work.

Within the current Dx7 deployment, LX7 receives released laboratory results from the connected Laboratory Information System and makes them available inside the authorized dialysis-clinic workflow.

The working exchange preserves:

  • Patient identity within the connected workflow
  • The issuing laboratory
  • The original result source
  • Tests and analytes
  • Units and reference information received from the source
  • Release history
  • Corrections and versions
  • Authorized delivery
  • Audit history

Broader connectivity can extend this working pattern to additional laboratory and LIS environments. Each connection must use validated mappings and accountable exception handling.

Unknown patients, tests, codes, units or relationships must enter review rather than being guessed.

A working connection

One result. One source. One continuing patient journey.

The laboratory continues using its established Laboratory Information System. LX7 carries the released result into the connected SantéXA and Dx7 workflow while preserving its source and release history.

SantéXA Core preserves identity, authorization, provenance, corrections, versions and audit evidence.

Dx7 makes the authorized current and historical result available inside recurring dialysis care.

No participant receives ownership of the patient's complete healthcare journey.

The operating principle

Existing systems remain. The patient journey becomes connected.

For laboratories

Retain the LIS, catalogue, analyzers, verification process, and release responsibilities that already work.

For dialysis clinics

Use focused applications such as Dx7 for recurring schedules, laboratory coordination, results, and the developing clinic workflow.

For healthcare professionals

Receive source-visible information appropriate to the professional role and authorized care relationship.

For patients

Preserve continuity without allowing one provider or software system to own the complete cross-provider journey.

For future applications

Reuse Core rather than rebuilding identity, authorization, provenance, corrections, security, and audit from the beginning.

Authority remains clear

Modularity must not fragment responsibility.

  • The patient remains the principal of the continuing identity and cross-provider journey.
  • Healthcare professionals retain authority over professional decisions and the records they issue.
  • Organizations retain the records required for their legal and operational responsibilities.
  • Applications receive only the information and authority required to perform an approved function.

No new module, integration, distributor, provider, or AI capability silently acquires ownership of the patient or unrestricted access to the record.
