1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to the public SantéXA website published by Invenia Intelligence Médicale SAS.

By using the website, a visitor agrees to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

If a visitor does not agree, they should discontinue use of the website.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides general information about:

  • SantéXA healthcare infrastructure
  • Dx7 dialysis-care workflows
  • LX7 laboratory exchange within the current Dx7 deployment
  • Patient continuity
  • Invenia Intelligence Médicale
  • Current and future product directions
  • Demonstration and partner-access routes

The website is informational. It does not itself provide healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or access to a patient record.

3. No medical advice

Website content is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or manage a medical condition.

Patients and other visitors should contact an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical questions.

In an emergency, visitors should contact the emergency service applicable to their location.

4. Product-status information

Invenia seeks to distinguish clearly between:

  • Functions available in the current Dx7 environment
  • LX7 exchange operating within the current connected deployment
  • Broader connectivity or modular capability under development
  • Future product directions

Descriptions of planned, developing, or future capabilities are statements of direction. They are not guarantees of availability, delivery dates, specifications, regulatory status, or commercial terms.

Only a signed agreement or formally approved product document can establish a binding commitment concerning deployment, scope, service levels, implementation, or delivery.

5. Authorized application access

The public website is separate from authorized Dx7 and partner environments.

Partner Login links users to the access route approved for their organization. Users must:

  • Use only the account assigned to them
  • Keep credentials and authentication codes confidential
  • Follow their organization’s access and security requirements
  • Avoid attempting to access another organization, user, or patient record
  • Report suspected unauthorized access through the approved support route

A link from the public website does not grant authorization to use Dx7 or any other protected system.

6. Demonstration requests

A submitted Request a Demo form is an enquiry only.

Submission does not create:

  • A customer or supplier relationship
  • A healthcare-provider relationship
  • A licence
  • A service commitment
  • A confidentiality obligation beyond those imposed by applicable law or a separate agreement
  • A guarantee that a demonstration will be accepted or scheduled

Visitors must not submit patient information, medical records, passwords, authentication codes, or confidential third-party information through the form.

7. Permitted use

Visitors may view and use the website for lawful informational and professional purposes.

Visitors must not:

  • Interfere with website operation or security
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Introduce malware or harmful code
  • Use automated means that impose an unreasonable burden
  • Misrepresent identity or authority
  • Submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful material
  • Copy or reuse protected content beyond what applicable law permits
  • Suggest endorsement, certification, partnership, or affiliation without authorization

8. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, visual design, logos, product names, diagrams, and software elements, are owned by or licensed to Invenia Intelligence Médicale.

No ownership or licence is transferred by access to the website.

Any authorized quotation or reference must preserve attribution and must not misrepresent the meaning, status, or source of the material.

9. Accuracy and availability

Invenia makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current public information.

Healthcare technology, product development, legal requirements, and deployment status may change. Invenia may correct, update, suspend, or remove website content without prior notice.

Invenia does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every page will be free from errors. This does not exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. External links

Links to external websites or application domains are provided for convenience or authorized access.

Invenia does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

The presence of a link does not by itself constitute endorsement.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Invenia is not responsible for loss arising solely from:

  • Reliance on general website information as medical or professional advice
  • Use contrary to these terms
  • Unauthorized use of a protected application
  • A third-party website or service
  • Events outside Invenia’s reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Privacy and cookies

Personal data processed through the website is governed by the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

Invenia may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the website, services, or applicable law.

The updated date will appear at the top of the page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the court having jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
